Elle Dodge was born and raised here in Port St. John. She has spent most of her life striving to better our community and constantly adds her positive attitude to our crazy world. In just grade seven, Elle started an environmental/ community service club called T.M.A.D., (Teens Making a Difference). As president and founder of T.M.A.D., Elle organized several events to raise money for charities in need.

In her freshman year, Elle was elected president of her school’s SADD chapter (Students against Destructive Decisions). She and her members aimed to detour their peers from making life damaging choices.

Elle calls herself an “everything activist.” She’s very involved in her school as a member of the Debate team, Drama, Community Problem Solvers, Model Student Senate, The Environment Club and several other organizations around campus. She works closely with The March of Dimes, and also strongly supports The Matthew Shepard Foundation, Broadway Cares, The Human Rights Campaign and various causes fighting Global Warming.

Currently, Elle is preparing for her future and combatting to change our world. After completing high school and college, Elle hopes to enrich the lives of struggling math students, like herself, as a high school math teacher.
