Thunder Over the Indian River Golf Classic
Our 7th Annual Charity Golf Classic will be held on Saturday, April 25th at Indian River Preserve Golf Club, 3950 Clubhouse Dr., Mims. All proceeds benefit Thunder Over the Indian River, the Port St. John Independence Day celebration event and fireworks display.
The entry fee is $80 per person or $300 per team and includes greens fee, cart, lunch, range balls and on-course contests. Registration will begin at 7:00 a.m. with the tournament officially starting at 8:00 a.m. Afterwards, please join us for lunch, awards and raffle at about 12:30 p.m.
In addition to prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, there will be two "long drives," two "closest to the pin" challenges and a putting contest.
A hole-in-one wins $25,000 toward the purchase of a new vehicle sponsored by Sterling Buick / GMC.
Anyone who does not play golf can still participate by sponsoring a golf hole for $125, or attend the awards luncheon for $25.
